On the 2nd week of school

I need a breather! I'm on my second week of class and I feel like I just jumped in a pool, or rather the sea and sharks are coming = learn how to swim. I've already had 2 quizzes...ay 3 na pala. To top that, I have to read one chapter for Abnormal Psych (30 pages), two chapters for thesis (about 30-40 pages total), and two articles for Philo (so far, I only saw one article which is 200 pages). WAAAAA!!!! Buhuhu!!!! I can foresee my life...WHAT LIFE?!?!? Hay buhay!!! Well, all I have to do is make it to Feb. 28 without complications then I'll be fine. I'll have a future.

Ok, I think I just needed to get that off my chest. Sob Sob. I just really want to enjoy what's left of my year as a student. Well, siguro naman I will, but grabe lang talaga my readings. Hahaha

First Day of Senior Year

A lot has happened over the past years I've been in college. Relationships were made, buildings were torn down and built, subjects were passed (some with flying colors, some barely), times were enjoyed and others cried over. It's somehow great to say that all the college hardships will be over in a few months, but it's also sad to say that you now have to go and make a living and really start your future. For what it's worth, college was a blast, and I hope this last year will be a blast too.

Looking back...

God's Blessed Gift...Matteo Benedicto

Last June 9, at 6:41 p.m., a new addition was born into the Carlos Family. His name, Matteo Benedicto, my nephew and godson. He's so cute and chinito...duh, you wouldn't expect any less from my family...any more eyes I mean. Hehehe. He weighs 6 pounds and 12 ounces and is just so cute. He sleeps during the day and is awake at night, and unlike Macie, he wants to eat every hour. I don't have much stories to tell except how we prepared for his homecoming with Achi Macie (tama ba spelling?) She's adjusting well. I think she'll be a good Ate, and of course, we'll love them both equally. Just to prove it to you, Ate C and I slept with Macie while Mama and Papa were in the hospital with Shoti.

Baby's Day Out

Today was a bit magulo in the morning cause of reg, but everything became absolutely great in the afternoon. It was Macie's day out with Tita Bam andTito Mike. We went to Color Me Mine, and Macie had so much fun hand/finger painting her plate.

She chose all the colors and even mixed them up to make a very pretty design. Awww, my little artist

After Color Me Mine, we had merienda in Landes. Super cute ni Macie. She was amazingly eating my ice cream and the french fries I ordered for her. On a regular day she doesn't eat. Then, we played with a few of the games there like blocks and some puzzle.

After Landes, Macie went for a ride on those merry go rounds and kiddie rides in Power Station. And since there was a cultural show for all this Independence Day hype, Macie decided that it was worth her attention. It was a very fun afternoon for us. We were like kids again (well for Mike and Me, but then again, we still are kids). As for Macie, she was smiling so much even though kuya already picked her up to go home. Mukang mauulit!

It's great to be back online

Wow!!! After what seemed like the longest time, I finally have internet again. So much has happened between my last blog and today but I' too tired to make it kwento. Anyway, if you're my friend, you probably know them already. hehehe. I just had to post something.
